I was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. I graduated Lubbock Christian University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. From there I attended Texas Tech University where I graduated with my Law degree and a Master’s in Business Administration.
Throughout my legal career, I have served as a prosecutor/Assistant District Attorney for 12 years in two counties: four from Lubbock County and eight years serving for Travis County. In that time, I prosecuted and tried cases ranging from Capital Murder all the way down to Class C tickets, the highlight coming from the prosecution of the SXSW capital murder trial in Austin, Texas.
This Law Firm was established in January 2018. Since its inception we have represented clients accused of cases ranging from Capital Murder to Class C tickets. We’ve represented these clients in Hays, Travis, Williamson and surrounding central Texas Counties and have even stretched to Lubbock counties and down to Hidalgo County.
It is my mission to provide the highest quality representation to ease the pain and stress of being involved in the legal system. I do this by combining first-class customer attention with experienced and tested litigation skills. I’ve taken the experience as a prosecutor and used that to the benefit the defense of our clients.
In my spare time I enjoy playing golf, being an avid Red Raider fan, and enjoy spending time with family.
It is my mission to serve you in the best possible manner by zealously advocating on your behalf. This means having an understanding of the client’s position and the empathy for why they are seeking representation. Through that empathy, you will always be able to reach me with any questions or concerns you have any time of day.
Through the years of practicing, I’ve had the opportunity to carry many cases from its inception all the way through to trial which includes pre-trial hearings, negotiations, jury selection and closing arguments. This experience is vital so that I can provide you with proper guidance as to the potential results and likely risks.
